Intro Part 3

#FMB Intro week -Wednesday

I know many of you have used food boundaries in your weight loss journey over the years.  I encourage you to continue with those.

If you have tried several different boundaries and not settled on any lifelong boundaries yet, don’t worry about it.  I cover a lot about boundaries in this book.  Think back to which boundaries you found most comfortable to use.  

If food boundaries are new to you and you have no idea what to do, that is okay too.   Just read what others are writing.

For the comments:

  1. If you have used any food boundaries that you now consider to be permanent and for the rest of your life, feel free to share with us what boundaries you use.
  2. If you have some boundaries that are new to you but know what you want to try, share with us if you would like.
